Privacy Policy

GBF Tools is an unofficial fan-made Granblue Fantasy toolset. This page explains what account and usage data the site stores, why it is stored, and what happens when you choose to share content publicly.

What we store

• Your username and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Your optional email address if you add one to your account.
• Your saved parties, collection data, friend summons, and similar in-app saves.
• Temporary abuse-prevention data such as login or reset rate limits.

Why we store it

• To let you log in and keep your saves attached to your account.
• To let you save, load, and optionally share parties and collection views.
• To send password reset emails when an email provider is configured.
• To slow down brute-force attempts and other abusive traffic.

Public sharing

Parties only become publicly accessible when you mark them public or share them through a generated link. Shared collections are exposed through opaque share links rather than your account identifier. Anyone who has the public link can view the shared content, so treat those links as intentionally public.

Password and reset security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, not in clear text. Password reset links are time-limited, and reset tokens are stored as hashes on the server side. Reset functionality is disabled automatically when no email provider is configured for the deployment.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account removes the main account records and the content directly attached to it. Operational logs and backups may persist for a limited period depending on the host.

Third-party services

The site may optionally use external providers for email delivery and, if enabled by the operator, advertising or consent-management tooling. Those integrations are deployment-dependent and may differ between environments.
